- Services Provided
- Sweet Pet Studio offers grooming services for dogs and cats, including bathing, hair trimming, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and other related services.
- We strive to provide high-quality grooming services; however, the results may vary depending on the breed, size, temperament, and condition of your pet.
- All grooming services are subject to availability and may require prior booking.
- Pet Health: You must ensure that your pet is in good health. We reserve the right to refuse service if your pet appears sick, or poses a risk to other animals or our staff
- Appointment Booking and Cancellation
- To schedule an appointment, you can call us, visit our website, or use any other designated method of booking.
- We appreciate 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee
- Pet Handling and Behavior
- You acknowledge that grooming procedures may involve handling your pet, which could include the use of restraints or muzzles to ensure the safety of both the pet and the groomer.
- You are responsible for disclosing any behavioral issues, medical conditions, or sensitivities your pet may have.
- In the event that your pet becomes aggressive, excessively stressed, or poses a risk to our staff, we reserve the right to discontinue grooming services for the safety of all parties involved.
- Payment and Pricing
- Our grooming fees are based on the services provided, the size, breed, and condition of your pet. We will provide an estimate of the cost before grooming.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Satisfaction and Complaints: We strive to provide excellent customer service and high- quality grooming. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
- Photographs and Marketing: We may request permission to take photographs of pets before and after grooming for marketing or promotional purposes. You can specify your preference regarding the use of such photographs.
- Amendments and Termination
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- We may terminate or refuse our services to any customer who violates these terms and conditions or behaves inappropriately towards our staff or other customers.
